3.2 Returns and Refunds (Store Credit)
Our return process and financial terms are governed by our separate Return & Store Credit Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, which stipulate that all refunds for non-defective items will be issued as Store Credit Only, minus a processing fee, and must be initiated through the customer account portal within 7 days.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
