Our processing commitment starts the moment you place your order.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed starting the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD for domestic orders

A non-refundable COD handling fee may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package status.

Tracking Activation: The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of receipt.

Risk of Loss: The responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier, but we will fully assist you in filing a claim.
5. Delivery Issues and Errors

Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the order.

Delays: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for external delays (weather, carrier operational issues) but will monitor and advocate for the timely delivery of your shipment.
